We Just Couldn’t Say No Anymore…
As one of the first companies to offer trenchless pipe repair services in the country, our parent company All South Underground has been repairing large commercial pipes from the inside since the ’80s. As the years passed, All South’s reputation for trenchless pipe repair and a whole lot of aging pipe collided. The first phone calls went something like this…
“Hi…this is Nancy…my husband works for a large road developer and he says your company repaired the pipes on his project without digging them up. Can you fix the pipe in our master bathroom?..it keeps clogging and we don’t want to ruin our new floors…please?”
At first the calls came in slowly, but as time went by the calls became frequent. Every time we said “no” to a caller, we could hear the disappointment in their voices. We felt like we were letting people down. At a certain point, we couldn’t ignore it anymore, we just had to start saying YES . . .
