Milling
Our high-speed milling machinery is used to remove the toughest obstructions and resurface pipes. Special tungsten carbide tipped chains and tooling open pipes up to their original diameter, restoring flow capacity to levels often not experienced in decades. An important preparatory step to all lining activities, Milling removes surface imperfections and conditions pipe walls for optimal liner application.
Jetting (Hydro-Jetting)
Great for flushing grease and debris left behind after milling, but still gentle enough not to harm pipes, High Pressure Water Jetting is an indispensable tool for cleaning pipes. Champion possesses a wide variety of hydro-jetting equipment for cleaning pipes of all types and sizes. Portable jetter hose reels also allow for pipe cleaning in many locations where access is restricted such as indoors, on rooftops, or in remote areas.
