Resin Pipe Coating
We restore deteriorated pipes from 1¼” to 12″ by prepping and coating them on the inside with specially engineered resins.
-
Continuous Watertight Seal
-
Improved Flow Dynamics
-
Lasting Protective Barrier
-
Broad Chemical Resistance
The Pipe Coating Process
After descaling, a metered pump is used to convey resin through a delivery hose into the host pipe.
The resins used are specially engineered to bond with the host pipe and create a composite pipe inside the original pipe.
The resulting lined pipe is smooth, durable, and resistant to a broad range of household and industrial chemicals.
Precision Application
A video camera allows our technicians to monitor and control the application process.
The camera and applicator tooling are pulled through the pipe while resin is applied to the pipe wall.
During application, our technicians fine-tune applicator and pump speeds in real-time to ensure uniform resin delivery and a consistent coating layer.
Variable Coating Thickness
To increase structural support, multiple layers of alternating colored resin are applied to build-up a lining of appropriate thickness.
The process may be repeated as necessary to increase the thickness of the resin coating and smooth over bumps.
